Family Constellations opens you to a new way of seeing things

Family Constellations is used for personal insight, growth and healing.

This wave of therapeutic knowledge works through a group of people being together and simply stepping into and awakening ‘the knowing field’ that surrounds each of us. This ‘field’ organises our lives, and yet is something our culture is unaware of. We are easily able to represent an aspect of this field for another. The field comes alive and the client can see their life as it is now. The facilitator gently works with each representative to gather information, bring healing statements and interventions, and to witness the field shift into a renewed energy. This can free the client in mysterious and powerful ways.

I invite you to experience this for yourself. You need to see it or be in it to understand what I am writing. You can simply watch, you can be a representative for someone else, or you can have a constellation done to help you with a life issue.

The technique you will experience was created by a very talented London Constellator, Caroline Ward.

It is a structural FLOW finder, where the inner pull is us, and the outer pull is the market. It helps you place all the things you do, want to do and dream of doing into a constellated field. This shows you where the Flow is in you, and in the market. It’s inspirational, uncannily accurate and it leads to action. You’ll leave knowing exactly where to focus your attention to have you and your business thrive.

Applications could include…..being in the early stages of a business, having mature large unfocussed portfolios, when you sense things are changing, when you want to add something new, when the market/outer conditions change and when you want to align with big evolutionary movements, and surrender to them with your BEST contribution.

Family Constellations

Constellations are healing

They are very effective at creating positive healing shifts and results for the client in one session.

The technique is simple, yet how it works evades rational understanding. A group comes together in a workshop. When someone wants to work on herself she chooses people to represent herself and her family members (She can also choose people to represent her and aspects of herself, her life or her work. The facilitator guides this). Without any explanation or story she places the representatives in the room. Very quickly and easily they feel things in relation to each other; closeness, distance, pain, love… After a while, and often immediately, they start expressing words, thoughts or physical symptoms of the actual people. This can be astounding for the client. “Did you tell them my story?” “No, this is how constellations work.”.

These synchronicities are so commonplace in constellation work that they stop seeming remarkable. A field of energy has awoken showing the hidden patterns in the client’s system. Constellators call this the “morphonogenic field” or the “knowing field”.

The facilitator, who is trained and experienced, works with the representatives, allowing them to slowly change positions, and by transforming what they are expressing into short healing statements. As the process unfolds resolutions occur. The facilitator stays in close communication with the client and when it is timely, brings her into her place in the constellation so she can fully experience what has occurred.

Disentangling ourselves from what lies behind our problems is the function of therapy, and Constellations does this effectively. We are also drawn into a deeper appreciation of the way life moves.
